Delete your Xaigh account.

Use this route to ask Xaigh Privacy to close a worker or employer account. You can restore the account for up to 30 days. After that, deletion is permanent where removal is allowed.

Sign in and open the privacy case from Xaigh Help.

Choose Close or delete so Trust can verify the account owner.

Xaigh checks active shifts, pay, disputes, tax, safety, and legal holds.

Trust confirms the request before the 30-day recovery window starts.

What gets deleted

  • Your account info and sign-in access after the 30-day recovery window
  • App data tied to the account request after recovery ends
  • Messages, support history, and workflow data where deletion is allowed

What may be kept

  • Recovery state for up to 30 days in case the request was a mistake
  • Fraud prevention, tax, payroll, security, or legal-hold records
  • Records kept only for the minimum period required by law or a valid hold
