Xaigh ("we," "our," or "us") operates a local shift-work marketplace and work record system for workers and employers. Workers use Xaigh to find shifts, compare pay, distance, and requirements, prove readiness, track work history, and see pay closeout status. Employers use Xaigh to post shifts, review worker fit and trust signals, schedule coverage, confirm attendance, and close out approved work before payout. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you use our website or mobile applications.

We do not sell, lease, or trade your Google user data. We do not use Google user data for advertising, serving ads, promotional content, or AI model training. Access is limited to team members and service providers who need it to operate identity, account security, shift, support, trust, and pay-closeout workflows. We do not request Google Drive, Gmail, Calendar, Contacts, or other Google content scopes for Xaigh marketplace sign-in.
