Humanizing the
labor market.
Work access should not inherit old bias. XaıGH is building a labor market where identity is protected and readiness is what matters.
Our thesis: Access should not depend on geography or pedigree.
Historically, the gig economy and staffing sectors have marginalized the exact populations they claim to serve. At XaıGH, we consider DE&I the foundation of our technical architecture, not an HR afterthought.
By obscuring irrelevant demographic data from employers during the matching phase, our protocol increased shift allocation to minority-owned micro-businesses by 314% in 2025 alone.
Blind Matching.
Employers do not see a worker's name or photo until *after* the shift has been accepted and confirmed by the protocol. We match strictly based on distance, verified skills, and aggregate 5-star rating history.
Eradicating Wage Gaps.
XaıGH uses transparent, dynamic pricing. Rates are based on the role, local wage floors, market demand, and shift conditions, not individual haggling.
Internal Composition.
We cannot build a platform for the working class without representing them. As of 2026, 48% of XaıGH's engineering team and 55% of our executive leadership identify as female or underrepresented minorities.
