Timesheet & Payroll Verification: All shift worker earnings, payout calculations, and W-2 payroll closeouts are subject to employer timesheet approval, shift attendance verification, and geofence clock-in records. Earnings may vary based on role type, hours worked, and overtime rules.

Trust & Credibility Scoring: Verification scores, credentials, background checks, and reliability tiers are calculated deterministically by the XaiGH credibility matching engine. Vetting results do not guarantee shift assignment and are subject to ongoing performance and safety reviews.

Sector & Shift Availability: Shift listings, hourly rates, and matching priorities vary by local market demand, employer scheduling, and role requirements. Shift options in specialized sectors (including Logistics, Hospitality, and Retail) may require sector-specific certifications or prior vetting.

Billing & Membership Plans: Access to the employer dashboard, staffing forecasts, and enterprise talent pipelines may require paid service tiers or monthly memberships. Volume pricing adjustments and SLA commitments are configured under individual corporate billing agreements.

Location & Device Requirements: Real-time shift attendance, geofencing coordinates, and clock-in capabilities require the XaiGH mobile application (available on iOS and Android), active cellular connection, and enabled location services (GPS) during shift hours.

Platform Terms & Privacy Policy: Use of the XaiGH matching marketplace, worker portal, and employer command center is governed by the standard Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. By registering, you agree to these platform guidelines.

Payout processing speed is subject to transit routing completion, geo-fenced check-in validation, and employer ledger funding status. All worker credentials, reputational score metrics, and timesheet receipts are cryptographically signed and archived on the XaiGH Reputation OS and Platform Ledger. Actual direct deposit settlement speeds may vary depending on individual bank processing timeframes.

Developer API & Integrations: Applicant Tracking System (ATS), HRIS, and webhook integrations require approved developer credentials and compliance reviews. XaiGH is not liable for service interruptions caused by third-party software providers.

Worker Classification Disclosures: Worker status designations (including W-2 employment vs. 1099 independent contracting) are governed by applicable state laws and federal worker classification standards. Workers' compensation coverage and employer-of-record parameters are established on a per-shift basis under the client agreement.

Communications, SMS & Carrier Fees: By enrolling, you consent to receive transactional notifications, shift alerts, and automated phone screenings from XaiGH. Standard message and data rates may apply from your carrier. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.

Equal Opportunity & Fair Matching: XaiGH operates in compliance with Title VII and federal non-discrimination standards. The matching algorithm evaluates eligibility based on objective criteria including skills, reliability, and certifications to support equal opportunity staffing.

Insurance & Safety Coverage: General liability and occupational accident insurance thresholds are defined in the employer contract. Incidents must be reported to XaiGH support within 24 hours of shift completion to be eligible for coverage review.
